3. AI-Assisted Features & Automated Processing
Mood Refresh uses Maya, an AI-assisted design guide, to provide design chat, education, style recommendations, and product suggestions. When you interact with Maya or use related platform features, your inputs — such as questions, stated preferences, uploaded images, budget information, and Design Board content — are processed using automated and AI-assisted technologies to generate responses and recommendations.
You acknowledge that:
- Maya's guidance is generated using automated processing and reflects design principles and data made available to it; it is not a substitute for professional interior design advice (see the Mood Refresh Terms of Use)
- We may use conversation and interaction data in de-identified or aggregated form to improve Maya's guidance and the performance of the Services
- We do not use your project data to make legal, financial, or safety-related automated decisions about you
Where required by applicable law, you may have the right to request additional information about automated processing that affects you, or to request human review of certain outcomes. See Section 8 below.
5. Cross-Brand Use of Information
Mood Interior Designs Inc. operates multiple service offerings under a single corporate entity.
Information collected through one Mood service (e.g., Mood Refresh or an advisory session) may be used across other Mood offerings, including Mood Interior Designs and Mood Procure, for legitimate business purposes such as:

- Service coordination

6. Payment Information
Payment information for Design Pass purchases and other Services is processed through third-party payment processors. Mood does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials. Because Design Pass purchases are one-time payments and do not involve a subscription, we do not store payment information for recurring billing purposes.
Payment processors are governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them directly.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information.

Design Boards and related project content that you create remain accessible to you indefinitely after any Design Pass expires, so that you retain access to your own work. You may request deletion of your Design Boards, project data, or account at any time as described in Section 9 below.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
